Laci Gentry, LICSW is a clinical social worker with 19 years of experience.  She specializes with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Laci is trained in several therapies to help clients working through any of these disorders. She is trained in Acceleration Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitatization Therapy (EMDR).

Laci also specializes in working with individuals who have cancer, are cancer survivors, individuals with chronic or terminal illness, as well as caregivers for those with chronic or terminal illness.  

Laci draws upon years of personal and professional development in her practice at Life Transitions.  She has worked with the geriatric population for 15 years, ten of those years have been working with patients and families in the Hospice and Palliative Care setting.  Laci is aware that grief, loss and illness are not limited to age, and has worked with individuals and families of all ages in her practice.
